How to make Sweet Potato Banana Bread
Switch on the oven and preheat to 200 degree Celsius. Brush the canola oil to grease the bottom of the loaf pan. keep it aside.
Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and clove powder in a large mixing bowl. Also, make a well in the center of the bowl.
In another mixing bowl, add sweet potato, bananas, yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, and oil. Mix them gently. Combine both the mixture and fold them until smooth or until the flour mixture is evenly moistened. Add the pecans. Dump the batter in the greased pan prepared earlier.
Put the pan in the oven to bake it for 50-55 minutes. Once, the mixture is turned brown or seems evenly cooked, poke a toothpick to ensure it is done. If the toothpick comes out clean, your Sweet Potato Banana Bread is ready.
