Low Carb French Toast

This week we went to the Bodybuilding.com message boards to find healthy and tasty Breakfast recipes. Here’s a great recipe for low carb french toast

Ingredients

  • 2 whole egg
  • ¼ cup nonfat milk
  • ¼ tsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 4 slice regular multi-grain bread

Directions

  1. Soak 4 slices of the bread into the egg/milk mixture put on a frying pan, and fry with PAM, until golden brown.
  2. Put them on your plate, then sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
  3. Then pour the sugar free syrup on them, and eat them.
