keto chocolate chip cookies – makes 12 cookies
ingreadance:
1 cup almond flour
2tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice dark chocolate chips to taste
Method:
mix the eggs, sweetener, butter and vanilla extract for about 1 minute. Add the dry ingredients. Allow the mixture to stand for about 5 minutes. Grease a baking pan with some coconut oil. divide into 12 balls. flatten the top with a fork. bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C
