  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tablespoon keto friendly sweetener (such as Swerve or Monkfruit)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Keto Caramel Sauce (recipe linked below)

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
